Using the website

You may use the website to view our menu, create an account, place orders, make reservations, and manage your customer information. You must provide accurate information and keep your login details secure. You must not misuse the website, attempt unauthorized access, or interfere with the operation of the service.

Accounts and Google sign-in

You can create an account with email and password or, where available, sign in with Google. If you use Google sign-in, your account is still governed by these terms. You are responsible for activity on your account unless the activity was caused by our error or by security failures outside your control.

Orders

When you place an order, you are making a request to buy the selected items from the restaurant. An order is accepted when we confirm it in the website, by email, by phone, or in person. We may reject or cancel an order if items are unavailable, information is incorrect, payment fails, the kitchen is unable to fulfil the order, or misuse is suspected.

Prices are shown in Danish kroner and include VAT unless stated otherwise. We try to keep menu, allergen, price, and availability information accurate, but mistakes can happen. If an error affects your order, we will contact you where possible.

Pickup, dining, and delivery

Pickup and preparation times are estimates. Please arrive at the agreed time and contact us if you are delayed. For dine-in or table orders, restaurant staff may need to confirm the final order, payment, or receipt details in store. Delivery is available only when shown as available during checkout.

Reservations

Reservation requests must include accurate contact details, party size, date, and time. A reservation is confirmed when accepted by the restaurant. Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to change or cancel a reservation. We may cancel or adjust reservations because of incorrect information, capacity limits, late arrival, or operational issues.

Payment, cancellation, and refunds

Payment options are shown during checkout or agreed in store. If you need to cancel an order, contact us immediately. Because food is prepared for a specific order and can spoil quickly, cancellation or refund options may be limited after preparation has started.

If we cancel an accepted paid order, or if you are charged in error, we will refund the relevant amount using the original payment method where possible. This does not limit any mandatory consumer rights under Danish or EU law.

Allergens and dietary information

Please tell us about allergies or dietary requirements before ordering. We provide allergen and ingredient information in good faith, but food is prepared in a kitchen where allergens may be present. If you have a severe allergy, contact the restaurant directly before ordering.

Service availability

We aim to keep the website available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may update, suspend, or limit parts of the website for maintenance, security, legal, or operational reasons.

Liability

Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under Danish law. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect losses, loss of data, loss of profit, or problems caused by events outside our reasonable control.

Privacy

We process personal data as described in our Privacy Policy.

Changes and governing law

We may update these terms when our services or legal requirements change. The latest version will be available on this page. These terms are governed by Danish law, subject to any mandatory consumer protection rules that apply to you.
